Dr. Megan

Dr. Megan Loveland earned a pre-med degree at UC Santa Cruz, graduating Cum Laude and with honors with a Health Sciences major. Her passion for helping animals landed Dr Loveland at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated with Phi Zeta Honors in 2017. 
 
With her deep appreciation of the human-animal bond, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care, Megan worked as a general practice veterinarian throughout the San Francisco Bay Area before co-founding Legacy Pets.
 
Dr. Loveland believes in the importance of providing a peaceful and pain-free passing for pets, ensuring their final moments are filled with love and dignity. Dr. Loveland uses her expertise to help guide families through the difficult decision to say goodbye to their beloved pets. 
 
When Dr. Loveland is not providing compassionate care to pets and their families, she enjoys exploring the trails near her home in Portola Valley with her husband, Kevin, her daughter Blake, and dog Max.
